DAPHNES BOOKING INFORMATION and CANCELLATION POLICY 2026

To book an accommodation at Daphnes villas you will have to contact us first (by e-mail or phone) to confirm the exact dates. Then we will mail you the Rental contract and you fill it in and e-mail it back to us, and pay the booking deposit which is 30% of the total rent. 100 Euro of this deposit is non-refundable. For the reservation to be valid the Rental contract as well as deposit should be sent within 7 days of the confirmation of dates. The Contract may be valuable for you, especially in case of cancellation.

 

Please, fill in all the details(names, dates, amount of rent, deposit etc) in the contract.

 

A booking deposit, 30% of the total rent, should be paid to our bank account in Greece. Please, mail us to get the account information.

 

We can also recommend WISE (wise.com) for money transfer to our bank account.

 

When we receive your booking deposit we will confirm it by sending you a welcome letter with some more useful information for your arrival.

 

The balance (= the remaining 70% of the rent) should be paid at arrival if possible in cash or otherwise by credit- or bank-card.

 

 



Cancellation policy 2026

 

As we are a small hotel, cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:

 

If you would cancel your booking at Daphnes villas, more than 60 days before your arrival, we will only keep the non-refundable deposit of 100 Euro.

 

If you cancel your booking 60-2 days before arrival date we will charge 30% of the total rent = booking deposit.

 

If you cancel your booking 1 day before arrival date or later we will charge 100% of the total rent.

 

We strongly recommend you take out adequate holiday insurance. It is your responsibility to check you have adequate insurance cover. The insurance should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by you, all medical costs and the cost of assistance including return to your home country in the event of an accident or illness.
