How to make a reservation at Daphnes

To book an accommodation you will have to contact us first (by E-mail or Telephone) to confirm the exact dates with us.
Then you will have to fill in Daphnes Rental contract (which we mail to you) and then you return it to us and pay a booking deposit. For the reservation to be valid the Rental contract and deposit must be sent within 7 days of the confirmation of dates.
The booking deposit, 30% of the total rent, should be paid to our bank account in Greece. Bank details will be e-mailed to you.

Please, note that all the costs of the bank transfer are yours; they are not included in the rent.
The balance ( =the remaining 70% of the rent) is preferably paid in cash Euro at arrival. Credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) are also accepted.
When we receive your booking deposit we will confirm it by sending you a welcome letter with some more useful information.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your booking, not later than 42 days before arrival date, we will keep 100 Euro and send back the remaining of the booking deposit to you.
If you cancel your booking 42-21 days before arrival date you will have to pay 30% of the total rent (= booking deposit).
If you cancel your booking 20 days before arrival or later the total amount of the rent has to be paid.
If you are a group traveling together and you have to cancel more than 1 accommodations at the same time the above agreement is valid only for the one accommodation, the remaining will not get back any booking deposit.

About holiday insurance

We strongly recommend you take out adequate holiday insurance. It is your responsibility to check you have adequate insurance cover: The insurance should cover, among other things, the cost of cancellation by you, all medical costs and the cost of assistance including return to your home country in the event of an accident or illness.
