How to make a reservation...

• To book an accommodation at Daphnes villas and apartments, you will have to contact us first (filling in our Inquiry form or Telephone, Fax or E-mail) to confirm the exact dates with us.
A booking deposit (300 Euro) should be paid to either our bank account in Greece or if you prefer to our account in Sweden. Then you will have to post or fax the receipt of the bank transfer to us.
Please, note that all the costs of the bank transfer are yours, they are not included in the rent.
The balance ( = total rent - 300 Euro) is paid at arrival preferably in cash Euro, or by Credit card (VISA or Mastercard).
When we receive your booking deposit we will confirm it by sending you a welcome-letter with some more useful information.

• If you cancel your booking, not later than 1 day before arrival date, we will keep only 50 Euro and send back the remaining of the booking deposit to you. If you cancel your booking at arrival date or later, you will have to pay the total rent anyway, unless we can find someone else to rent the accommodation, in that case we will send back as much as possible of the paid rent.

If you are a group travelling together and you have to cancel more than 2 accommodations at the same time the above agreement is valid only for the first 2 accommodations, the remaining will not get back any booking deposit.

If the cancellation-conditions above are a problem to you please let us know and we can recommend a Travel Insurance company which will help you to sign a separate travel insurance.
