How to make a reservation...

• To book an accommodation at Daphnes villas and apartments, you will have to contact us first (filling in our Inquiry form or Telephone, Fax or E-mail) to confirm the exact dates with us.
A booking deposit (30% of the total rent) should be paid to either our bank account in Greece or if you prefer to our account in Sweden. Then you will have to post or fax the receipt of the bank transfer to us together with the Booking form-Contract that we send to you with e-mail or by post.
Please, note that all the costs of the bank transfer are yours, they are not included in the rent.
The balance (70% of total rent) is paid at arrival, preferably in cash Euro, or by Credit card (VISA or Mastercard).
When we receive your booking deposit we will confirm it by sending you a welcome-letter with some more useful information.

•If you cancel your booking, not later than 21 days before arrival date, we will keep 50 Euro and send back the remaining of the booking deposit to you.

If you cancel your booking 20-1 days before arrival date you will have to pay 30% of the total rent (= booking deposit), unless we can find someone else to rent the accommodation, in that case we will send back as much as possible of the deposit.

If you cancel your booking on the arrival day or later the whole amount of the rent has to be payed, unless we can find someone else to rent the accommodation, in that case we will send back as much as possible of the total rent.

If you are a group traveling together and you have to cancel more than 2 accommodations at the same time the above agreement is valid only for the first 2 accommodations, the remaining will not get back any booking deposit.

We strongly recommend you take out adequate holiday insurance. It is your responsibility to check you have adequate insurance cover. The insurance should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by you, all medical costs and the cost of assistance including return to your home country in the event of an accident or illness.
